I'm a yoga therapist, cancer survivor, and an essential oil enthusiast. My passion is sharing and teaching people how to live a toxic free life through essential oils, as well as sharing movement, mindfulness and breath through yoga and meditation.
I'm a yoga therapist, cancer survivor, and essential oil junkie. I'm a lover of life, a foodie, and I love to travel. I'm a fitness junkie, love being outdoors, and I'm obsessed with making smoothies. I focus on living life in the present moment and leave all the other bullsh*t behind.
I created Live Free with Sheri with one vision in mind. How can I help people feel amazing from the inside/out? I'm a yoga therapist, meditation teacher, cancer survivor, and essential oil junkie. My passion is sharing and teaching people how to live a toxic free life through essential oils, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. That's why I chose to offer services and create courses that I'm passionate about. My purpose and specialty is to motivate and teach people how to feel alive, cultivate more joy, live in the present, move beyond addiction, and stay committed to their health and well-being. This idea comes in many different forms depending on the individual. We can achieve these goals through movement, meditation, breath work, lifestyle, self-study, self-care, and self-love. Vegan Comfort Food 💚 Roasted red pepper and mushroom cavatappi pasta. I served it with vegan meatballs and broccoli. This was super easy. Boil your noodles 9-10 minutes. In another pan add peppers, mushrooms, fresh garlic, and season to your liking. I added sea salt, pepper, chili flakes, fresh basil and Italian seasoning. Add sauce and bring to a slight boil. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Stir well until pasta is coated. Transfer to baking dish if your pan is not oven proof. I added panko breadcrumbs and vegan mozzarella cheese. Broil on high 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, top with fresh basil, serve as is or with some protein and veggies & Bon Appetit! 🍄🧄🌶🥦🍝🧀🌿

So I am eating more then pizza, chips and guac and popcorn these days. LOL! 🤣 I made this delicious CRISPY CHICKPEA CURRIED BOWL. Have you tried crispy chickpeas? I throw mine in the air fryer which I’m #obsessed with. 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees. You can make these any flavor you like. Curry, cayenne, ranch, Italian, etc. A little olive oil, salt & pepper and your season or spice. I also added some pickled cabbage, sautéed kale with garlic and basmati rice with carrots and a little curry powder. For the sauce I used #vegan sour cream, curry powder, lemon juice and a little lemon zest. Added a bit of water just to thin it out to the consistency I wanted and it was AMAZEBALLS!! 🥬🧄🥕🧅🍚 #veganrecipe

When the Corona Virus finally exhausts itself & the danger is over, let's do something good for our country. Let's spend our vacation in the USA, eat in local restaurants, buy American products, buy local meats, veggies (take a ride and go to a farm stand) & support local businesses. These businesses are going to find it very difficult to get back on their feet and survive without our help. They're suffering badly now. Our products are some of the best in the world.
