I don’t want my kids to just hear me talk about what’s possible.

I want them to watch me live it.

To see that ambition doesn’t make you selfish.
That taking care of yourself isn’t optional.
That building a life you love doesn’t mean missing the life happening right in front of you.

I want them to grow up knowing they’re allowed to want more.

And that they never have to become less of themselves to have it. 🤎✨

I used to think the answer was always to do more.

More discipline. More workouts. More coffee. More hours.

Until I realized that constantly overriding what my body was asking for wasn’t making me more successful. It was making everything harder.

The biggest shift wasn’t adding another habit to my routine.

It was learning what to stop.

Stop running on empty.
Stop treating stress like a requirement for success.
Stop sacrificing sleep, food, and recovery.
Stop assuming my body was the problem.

When I started working *with* my body instead of against it, everything became more sustainable — including my business.

Sometimes your next level isn’t about doing more.

It’s about finally listening. ✨🤎

You’re not bad at productivity.

The productivity system you’re trying to follow was never built with your biology in mind. ✨🧪

We’ve been taught to operate like our energy is supposed to be the same every single day.

Same focus.
Same motivation.
Same capacity.

And then we wonder why we feel like we’re constantly behind.

Your body isn’t a machine. And you don’t need to force yourself to perform the exact same way every day to be successful.

You need to understand your patterns.

When do you have the most energy?
When do you need more recovery?
When are you naturally more creative, focused, social, or strategic?

That’s not an excuse to do less.

It’s how you learn to work smarter with the woman you actually are.

You don’t need to work like a man to build a wildly successful business.

You need to stop fighting your body and start understanding it.

Your business gets to be built around the woman you are becoming — not the version of you who is constantly running on empty. 🤍

Maybe the waiting isn’t a setback.

Maybe it’s preparation.

You don’t need to have every detail figured out. You don’t need to force the door open just because you’re ready to walk through it.

Trust that God sees what you can’t yet see.

Keep showing up.
Keep doing your part.
Keep the faith.

What’s meant for you won’t require you to become someone you’re not to get there. 🤍

Your nervous system is paying attention to the way you live.

When chaos, restriction, overworking, or self-criticism become your normal, your body can start to expect more of the same.

But the opposite is true, too.

When you consistently nourish yourself, move your body, rest, set boundaries, and make space for connection, you’re showing your nervous system that it can expect something different.

Regulation isn’t just something you practice for 10 minutes a day.

It’s built through the way you live. 🤍

What’s one habit you could make more consistent this week?

Your business isn’t the only thing that needs to perform.

So do you. 🔥🐆

Because when you’re running on empty, it shows up everywhere:

→ Decisions take longer.
→ Creativity disappears.
→ Your patience gets shorter.
→ Everything feels harder than it should.
→ And the version of you who used to handle it all? She starts feeling really far away.

Your health isn’t separate from your business.

You ARE part of the infrastructure.

And if you keep treating your health like something you’ll get to “when things slow down,” you’re eventually going to build a business that requires a version of you who is exhausted just to maintain it.

You don’t need to work harder.

You need to become the woman who has the energy, capacity, strength, and health to actually enjoy what she’s building.

So… which woman are you choosing to be?

If you’re ready to become Woman #2, let’s talk.

They don’t need you to have the perfect meal plan.
They don’t need a perfectly clean house.
They don’t need you to be available every second.

They don’t need you to sacrifice your entire identity for motherhood. 🤍

They need a mother who is present.

A mother who knows how to repair after conflict.
A mother who takes care of herself. 🌿
A mother who models boundaries.
A mother who shows them what it looks like to be a whole human being. ✨

Save this and send it to a mom you know who is doing amazing and needs to remember it. 💪🏼

A slow morning is not wasted time.

Neither is taking a day off.
Going for the walk.
Putting your phone down.
Having dinner with people you love.

I used to think building a successful business meant giving it more of me.

Now I’m more interested in building one that gives something back.

More freedom.
More energy.
More life.

Because the goal was never to build a business that looks successful from the outside while feeling completely depleted on the inside. 🤍

The business should support the life—not consume it.

I don’t want to just live longer.

I want to feel GOOD while I’m living. ✨

I want to be strong enough to carry the groceries, get off the floor, travel, hike, chase my kids, build my business, and keep doing the things I love without my body constantly holding me back.

That’s why strength training isn’t optional.

Muscle. Strength. Bone health. Metabolic health. Mobility.

This is bigger than aesthetics.

Because what’s the point of building an incredible life if you don’t build a body that can actually keep up with it?

Train for the body you want 10, 20, 30 years from now.

Longevity isn’t just about adding years.

It’s about having the capacity to LIVE them. 🤍💪🏼
