Madi’s 5–9 before her 9–5. 💪🤍
Because apparently being a wife, mama, RN Case Manager, leader, event planner, social-media extraordinaire, and the person responsible for keeping the rest of us organized wasn't enough… she needed Pilates before work too. 😂
We joke all the time that Madi is the yin to our yang, and there truly could not be a better description.
Madi came into our leadership team at exactly the right time. She brought structure, accountability, organization, and follow-through to a group of clinical leaders with approximately 47 ideas happening at any given moment. 😂 We needed a Madi.
But what I love most about her isn't something you can put into a job description.
She's the person who takes an idea for an employee event and runs with it. She's the one thinking about how we celebrate our people. She's helped bring our social media presence to life. She's helped us recognize employees and has come up with some incredibly thoughtful ways to support members of our team when life outside of work gets hard.
She notices people.
And as her supervisor and an owner of Hanford Home Health, I think part of my job is making sure people like that know they're noticed too.
Madi guides our patients and staff with so much heart, while also helping hold our leadership team accountable and grounded. I'm incredibly proud of the leader she's becoming and so dang grateful she's ours. 🤍
Madi is just one part of the Clinical Services leadership team I have the privilege of working alongside, and I'm going to start bragging on the rest of them too.
Because I tell these girls how incredible they are all the time.
Now I think our community deserves to know it, too. 🤍
