I recently had the opportunity to bring ZYWIES 9D Breathwork into the Light System at Vitality Lounge and experience these two immersive modalities together.
Breath. Sound. Headphones. The Light System. A completely different environment for the journey.
I loved facilitating in this space and exploring how the two experiences could come together.
