My first OCB Yorton Cup World Pro/Am World Championships (2021) has come to the end I just miss the top 5 and yet again I’m was too small. More work to do then it’s fully shred time took an extra week before I cranked up posing with my coach @the_tinajohnson a few more day until meal plan is fully in control of my Aesthetics then is full Calisthenic mode gonna enjoy these last 10 days of lifting heavy. This will be my first @ocbyortoncup and I plan on making some noise #MAYEDAYFITNESS #OCBPRO #naturalbodybuilding this the last glimpse of me you will see until show day. 15 knee tuck jumps

25 high knees

15 metabolic jump squats

5-10 sets

I don’t share many of my workout secrets but here my go to glute/ hamstrings super set. It’s call 15-3.

15 reps hip thurst
3 rep dead lift
Why?

Personally I believe in full body symmetry and I don’t just mean looks, I mean strength as well. And being that your glutes and hamstrings are connected they should be equal in strength and this super set will keep them as close as possible. #functionaltraining #OCBPRO #MAYEdayFitness
