Cacao has a rich history and a special place in ceremonial traditions. Together, we’ll gather in a circle, enjoy ceremonial cacao, connect through the rhythm of drumming, and create space to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with ourselves.

A New Moon in Libra, a fresh perspective, and a reminder that we don't have to take everything so seriously.

I've been thinking about friendship, reciprocity, and the kind of community we're creating.

True circles have no head of the table. No hierarchy, no competition, no need for mirroring, and no one needing to be the loudest voice in the room. Just people showing up, sharing, listening, learning, and making space for one another.

We're moving into mutuality. A different way of relating where we can give and receive, lead and listen, celebrate each other, and grow together.

And let's not forget the medicine of humor. Laughter softens us, shifts our perspective, and reminds us that joy is part of the work, too.

Less hierarchy. More mutuality. Less comparison. More celebration. More connection, more laughter, more room for everyone to shine. ❤️

You wake up one day and something feels off.
And you're like…

Wait. What is happening? 😂

Maybe you're not losing yourself.

Maybe you're just becoming a little more aware of what's actually going on inside you.

Your thoughts.

Your emotions.

Your attention.

Your energy.

Your vibration.

Because the field is not outside of you.

It's not some mysterious place you have to go find.

It's happening within you.

Your inner world creates the lens through which you experience the outer world.

You're not just observing reality.

You're participating in it.

So… what are you feeding?

What are you thinking about all day?

What are you giving your attention to?

Because whatever you keep putting your energy toward tends to get really good at taking up space in your life.

And then there's the nervous system.

That little overprotective bodyguard.

It learns what to expect.

What to watch for.

What to avoid.

What feels safe.

And sometimes it is reacting to something your conscious mind doesn't even understand.

Maybe it's from something you remember.

Maybe it's subconscious.

Maybe it's ancestral.

Maybe, if that resonates with you, it feels connected to a past life.

Or maybe it's just one of those completely irrational, “Why is my body freaking out right now?” moments.

Your brain: We're fine.

Your nervous system: ARE WE THOUGH? 😂

This is why awareness matters.

Notice the thought.

Notice the feeling.

Notice the reaction.

Notice the vibration you're sitting in.

You don't have to analyze yourself into oblivion.

Just check in.

What am I creating from right now?

Fear?

Scarcity?

Protection?

Or curiosity?

Trust?

Expansion?

Abundance?

The field isn't somewhere outside of you.

It's within.

And sometimes what feels like “losing yourself” is simply becoming aware that you've been living from a vibration that no longer feels like you.

So… check your vibration.

Get curious.

Listen.

And if there's something underneath it that you're ready to clear—

CHOP WOOD. CARRY WATER.
There’s a saying:

Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.
After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.

I think we often misunderstand what healing is supposed to look like.

We imagine the big breakthrough. The moment everything shifts. The moment we finally “get it.”

And then we think, Great. I’m done.

But maybe the wood doesn’t disappear.

Maybe we simply relate to it differently.

Before the shift:

“Why do I have to keep doing this?”

After the shift:

“I get to do this today.”

The challenges are still there. The seasons still change. Life still asks us to show up.

Healing isn’t about escaping the human experience. It’s about becoming more present for it.

I don’t believe in the idea of one session, one ceremony, or one experience fixing everything forever.

A powerful experience can open a door. It can shift your perspective. It can reconnect you with something you already know deep down.

And then you go home.

You live your life.

You chop your wood.

And there is new wood.

That’s the work.

Continuing to look within.
Noticing what is changing.
Listening to your intuition.
Letting go of patterns that no longer fit.
Coming back to yourself, again and again.

That’s what my work is about.

Not fixing you. You are not broken.

Creating space to listen, reconnect, and explore what’s underneath.

Pisces Lunar Eclipse — August 28, 2026
The Sun disappears.
The Moon moves forward.
The sky invites us inward.

Eclipses are moments of recalibration — a chance to release what has been draining our energy and reconnect with what feels true.

Leo speaks to the heart.
The desire to shine.
The courage to create.
The part of us that longs to be fully expressed.

But this eclipse asks:

Where have I been seeking permission to be myself?
What am I maintaining out of habit, fear, or expectation?
What wants to be released so my energy can return home?

Some things fall away because they no longer match who we are becoming.

Old identities.
Old stories.
Old ways of proving our worth.

Saturn reminds us:

Choose what is authentic.
Build what can hold you.
