Sunflower microgreens are extremely healthy! They are young sunflower shoots with a satisfying crunch and mild, nutty flavor—and they bring more than good looks to your plate!

🌱 They contain vitamin C and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
🌱 They provide naturally occurring plant compounds with antioxidant activity.
🌱 They’re an easy, delicious way to add more protein through eating green plants and add a so much variety to everyday meals.

Pile them onto sandwiches, toss them into salads, or sprinkle them over your favorite grain bowl. A little handful adds fresh flavor and extra nutrition!

Try any of our Totally Rawesome Microgreen Mixes including our popular Sunny Side Mix or our Superfood Mix! You can find these today at Kaufman's Supervalu and Topway Foods. We are also in the process of adding a few more grocery stores in the coming weeks! Stay tuned for updates!

10/21/2026

We just restocked Kaufman's Supervalu with microgreens, so if you were one of my weekly farmers market vendors in the Oregon area you can stop by any day of the week to pick some up!
