At 6 months old, physical therapy doesn’t have to look like exercise. 🤍

It looks like PLAY with a purpose.

✨ Working on weight shifting, reaching, and using both hands during play.

✨ Practicing supported sitting and developing balance reactions as your baby is ready.

✨ Using an NDT-based approach to facilitate active movement, postural control, and more symmetrical movement patterns.
