Waiting for tomorrow is not an option because Max Nazaire, owner and founder of Fit2DMax, has personal experience with tomorrow not being promised. Fit2DMax was established in 2004 by the Track & Field athlete with the vision to teach and coach millions of Americans to lead healthy and active lifestyles. Nazaire was recruited by Farmingdale State University in 2000, but it was there that he would
experience something that would forever reshape the course of his life. In 2000 Nazaire suffered from a heart attack while preparing for practice. Doctors discovered that after a battery of testing that Max suffered from a very rare heart condition called Wolff Parkinson’s White Syndrome. In 2001, Nazaire was enrolled in Beth Israel Hospital for heart surgery. Later on that year he was enrolled in New York University Medical center for a second heart surgery. By the grace of God and his will to live, he was able to overcome two life threatening heart surgeries. Nazaire learned three key lessons from his near death experience:
1. Your health is a gift that should not be taken for granted.
2. Be the best that you can be today, for tomorrow is not promised.
3. You must be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to your health. This experience inspired Nazaire to train his body to be the best that it could possibly be. A tragic situation became the catalyst that Nazaire needed to maximize his second chance at life and to give birth to the vision and the name Fit2DMax. Fit2DMax was founded on the A.D.A.P.T. These values are the bedrock that allows the Fit2DMax team to apply their personal touch that generates results for each client from every walk of life. This magnificent 70,000 square foot facility extends through 3 floor levels. It offers a wide variety of amenities to suit all of your fitness needs. It also has all of the bells and whistles of a major health club but the privacy of an intimate small personal training studio. All amenities are available to every Fit2DMax client. Maxabolic is a perfect blend of holistic wellness, athletic performance based training, and spiritual upliftment. This is the signature Fit2DMax program led by Author, Celebrity Fitness Expert and Wellness Ambassador Maxim Nazaire. This is an EXCLUSIVE, special focus 12 week program, that includes 3 sessions a week of fitness and wellness classes. The workouts are at 2715 Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead Atlanta. That's a question that a client asked me many years ago.
She was drinking a smoothie every morning for breakfast so that she can lose weight.
The results shocked her because she actually gained weight instead of losing weight.
Naturally she was extremely angry and frustrated.
She came to me and asked, "Why am I not losing weight?"
Once I looked at her food log, I saw all of the ingredients in her smoothie.

Back pain is annoying at best and downright painful at its worst.
If you are like most people, you’ve had either back aches, back pain or something in between.
Studies show that 80 % of Americans will suffer from back pain in their lifetime.
Back pain can affect you while you are standing in place, sitting behind the desk for work or even while you’re laying down in bed.
You can only imagine how back pain can make it difficult to be healthy and well while working out.
Over the years I’ve worked with a ton of people who wanted to lose fat but also had to deal with back pain.

I can see why so many people opt for Medical weight loss. There are so many people that are challenged with their weight these days.
They’ve tried so many diets that they don’t have enough fingers to count them.
And I’ll tell you, the New Yorker in me wants everything fast, hot and now! Like right right now.
So I can relate to the microwave mentality.
But here is what they don’t say about medical weight loss:
50% of people that lose weight through gastric surgery actually gain the weight back.
Because gastric bypass surgery is so risky, if you put the weight back on, they won’t perform the procedure again.
The side effects of B12 shots include pain, redness, swelling irradiation, diarrhea, nausea, headache, itching, numbness, dizziness and a host of other things.
And weight loss pills are no better.
Not only do they not work, but they can actually cause heart attacks.
The flavor of the month right now in the medical weight loss arena is Ozempic also known as semaglutide.
Did you know that Ozempic has at least 22 different side effects including kidney damage and thyroid cancer?
I’m not sharing this to scare you, but to shed light on what the medical industry is doing to the public.
It’s hard for me to watch people being duped into doing things that will hurt them short and long term.
As a fitness professional with over 20 years of helping people drop thousands of pounds in a healthy and sustainable way, I feel like it’s my responsibility to share with everyone I know what’s real and what’s fake.
With all of these medical weight loss options mentioned above, they all have the potential to be absolutely dangerous.
I’m not here to tell you what to do, but if you are considering any of these avenues, my goal is to empower you to challenge your medical provider with some tough questions before you say “yes” to any of this stuff.
If you don’t own your health and wellness, who will?
When it comes to your body, you are the only one that can make the best decisions that will lead to your happiness. Own the process.
