We don’t normally post our leadership team, because it’s really our crews who make this company what it is. But today’s meeting required all of us to go out of our way to be here, and that’s worth noting.

To me, it shows the level of commitment we have to our crews, our patients, and what CMR stands for. We don’t show up only when it’s convenient. We show up every time because it’s our duty.

Today, we talked about ways to improve the company, ourselves, and the new opportunities waiting for us on the horizon.

All jokes aside, safety is our priority! We spend quality time with our team on driving courses, practicing defensive driving techniques, and reinforcing the importance of staying alert on the road. We work together with our partners and utilize each other as a second set of eyes to help keep everyone safe.

From the bridges we cross to the communities we serve, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to serve the Sacramento community.

We’re proud to work alongside the hospitals, healthcare teams, and facilities throughout Sacramento who trust us to be part of their patient’s journey. That trust means everything to us.

County Medical Response was proud to partner with SAYLove and support the SAVOR SAYLove Fundraiser at Bryant Field.

We had a great evening connecting with friends, families, local businesses, and organizations who all share something in common — we care about the communities we serve and call home.

💜 Showing up for a cause that brings our community together.

Last weekend, our team had the opportunity to be a part of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Yuba City. It was a strong reminder of the impact that Alzheimer’s has on many. We’re honored to have been there to show our support, raise awareness, and stand alongside those who continue to be affected by this disease.

Never Forget. September 11, 2001.

Today, we remember the lives taken, the families forever changed, and the people who stepped forward when others needed them most. We honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives, along with the EMS personnel, law enforcement officers, and everyday people who never made it home.

For many of us in emergency services, that day helped shape how we understand service, courage, and the responsibility of caring for others. It’s a reminder that behind every uniform is a person with a family, a future, and a commitment to show up.

At County Medical Response, we carry those lessons into the work we do and the way we care for our patients, our communities, and each other.

We also remember those who continue to live with the loss, trauma, and illnesses that followed.

Twenty-five years later, our promise remains: remember their lives, honor their sacrifice, and take care of one another.

Never forgotten.

Welcome to CMR! 🚑

We recently had the chance to welcome some of our newest team members for their first day of orientation and training.

We spent the day learning, getting hands on with equipment, completing driver training, asking questions, sharing a few laughs, and getting everyone introduced to how we do things here at CMR.

And yes, there were goodie bags too. 😎

It was a great day with a great group of people, and we’re excited to have every one of them joining the team.

There’s a lot happening at CMR and we’re excited about where we’re headed.
