There's a version of you that's been waiting.

Not a fixed version. Not a perfect one. The one that was there before the survival mode, before the self sabotage, before you learned to shrink what you wanted so it wouldn't hurt when it didn't come.

You want to heal but feel like you can't. You want clarity but you're confused. You want peace but you're worried.

That's not failure. That's a nervous system doing its job. One conditioned to live in survival. We've learned to create conditions of stress and survival, and we can create something else.

But life didn’t wait for everything to be resolved.

I began to realize these weren’t distractions from healing.

In my last reel, I shared two simple tools I personally use when dust exposure triggered itchy eyes, congestion, and a scratchy throat almost immediately.

“The waves of life slowly rocked me into a deeper sense of peace instead of greater anxiety.”

This reflection was shared by Kathy inside the Healing Reset Sanctuary, and it deeply captures what I have come to understand through this work. People do not need more force when they are already overwhelmed and challenged by the waves of life.

The other day, dust in the air triggered me almost immediately. My throat became scratchy, it started moving into my ear, and my nose started running and getting congested.

I grabbed the Sovereign Silver sinus spray and followed it with the immune spray toward the back of my throat, holding it there for about 30 seconds.

The symptoms went away within the hour.

These have become two of the simple tools I keep nearby during seasonal shifts, dust exposure, and times when my body feels more reactive.

At the same time, I also think it’s important not to overlook the root cause of your allergies.

I’ll share more about that in the next video.

Peas for nervous system support, brain fog, and inflammation… this is a simple food I often recommend and come back to in practice and at home.

According to Anthony William, , peas are rich in glucose, mineral salts, antioxidants, chlorophyll, macrominerals, and trace minerals that are easy for the body to digest and absorb. They help support the brain, nervous system, heart, and liver while gently replenishing what the body may be lacking.

In many cases, supporting the body doesn’t need to be complicated. Simple, consistent nourishment can go a long way in helping regulate the nervous system and support healing.

Peas can be especially supportive for symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and nervous system dysregulation, while also offering steady fuel for the body.

This is one of those simple tools I often return to and share with clients when we’re focusing on creating supportive conditions for healing.
