Where do I startšŸ˜Ž YES! We love to see it. Ok first, yessss I used flash in both photos, CRAZY šŸ˜Œ Second, so much more Iā€™m excited to show but this deserved a spotlight!

This client had a severe accident when they were young. Weā€™ll spare the details but it was a lawn mower incident. No work has ever been done on it in 30+ years, until now! Not to mention they had to take some scalp tissue to help replace the leg tissue, so lots of correspondence and interesting things we learned along the way about the body.

Iā€™ll be sharing more before and afters from this package so stay tuned! God bless fascia work šŸ˜‰šŸ’› I used all my lovely tools from the amazing Ashley Black FasciaBlasterĀ® Official šŸ‘

8 sessions + at home care, thatā€™s it! Canā€™t wait to see how far it comes with even more self care practice at our follow up session in a few weeks!

Thereā€™s never only one factor of why our fascia got to the state it did. There are SO many layers to the issue in our tissues! Weā€™ve all heard the saying ā€œwhere it is, it ainā€™tā€ or ā€œthe body keeps the scoreā€ (great book btw) and itā€™s the truth! With fascia especially, it is so intelligent and holds on to so much.

When clients come to me, Iā€™ll always have a series of questions so I can do my best at helping you understand why you may be feeling the way youā€™re feeling!

Weā€™ve all experienced the list above, so we all know we have compromised fascia! It happens to all of us. GOOD NEWS;) ā€” having fascia blasting done and/or getting your hands on some tools using them consistently can complete regenerate your facial web. They are incredible šŸ„°

Check them out in my bio šŸ’—

Videos from years of using these tools, can you guess what one is my favorite?šŸ¤£

Therapists, if you donā€™t have blasters in your office you need them! Clients, if you want results from home between sessions you NEED THEMā¤ļø with love šŸ„°

Proud of my body, and constantly amazed at the power of the woman šŸ„³

Ever single being is different, and postpartum will look different for everyone! BUT one thing that is SO dang similar is the fascial web and how we can support it in recovery.

I can genuinely count on one hand how many times I have worked out. My tools have been:
- fascia work
- breath
- postural awareness
- walking in alignment
- nutrition
- movement only when it felt right
- & overall awareness

This phase gets to be so gentle and kind while you learn to navigate this new chapter and relearn your body & mind šŸ’—

Do not feel like you have to jump into strength training and intense work to achieve results right away. Youā€™ll get there!

If that works for you, great! If that thought brings you into stress mode, itā€™s not time yet! And that doesnā€™t mean you canā€™t create change and growth in a more gentle mode.

Working out from of sympathetic stress mode wonā€™t bring results!!

Instead, start slow, aware, gentle and start with your breath and posture. šŸ«¶šŸ¼
