Chicken kabobs ,
Eating delicious and healthier than ever got my recipe from Centr
Two servings

14oz skinless chicken
1/2 Lime
1/3 Avocado
2 Lettuce leaves chopped
1/2 Red capsicum
1/2 Red onion
4 sprigsFresh coriander
Skewers
5-6 Corn tortilla
1/4tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika

Place the chicken breast in a bowl and add the paprika, oregano, lime juice, season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers, alternating with the red capsicum and onion.

Heat a grill pan, medium-high heat and cook skewers, turning, for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Divide skewers between plates and serve with warm tortillas, avocado, lettuce, coriander and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

*Drizzle Olive oil

!! LO QUE NO SABIAS !! 😱😱😱

1.- La grasa no se suda, lo que sudas es agua.

2.- El abdomen NO se marca haciendo 1000 abdominales todos los días, es con dieta. 🥦🥒🥑🥗🥩🍗

3.- Los glúteos y piernas no crecen más rápido trabajándolas todos los días, basta con 2 o 3 días a la semana dejando descansar mínimo 1 día para recuperación de fibras🍑.

4.- Las fibras se reconstruyen en el descanso, si no duermes lo suficiente pues... 🙄

5.-El cardio no te va a dar masa muscular, si sólo haces cardio para bajar de peso tu piel va a quedar flácida.

6.- No importa cuántas horas hagas de ejercicio si comes pura cochinada, ya que el 70% de tus resultados los tienes gracias a la alimentación 🤠

7.- No desayunar o no cenar NO TE VA HACER BAJAR MÁS RÁPIDO, vuelve más lento tu metabolismo.

8.- Las pesas van antes que el cardio! 💪🦵

9.- Los cambios no se dan de la noche a la mañana, todo es un proceso, no te estreses por no quedar como tu ídola en 2 meses aunque ella lo haya logrado en ese tiempo, muchas de ellas tienen trucos y tú debes de enfocarte en ti y en tus avances. 😏

10.- La única parte de tu cuerpo que no va a crecer por más que le metas peso, es tu busto, ya que es pura grasa no es músculo, por ende se va a bajar mientras tu porcentaje de grasa baje, lo demás crece y se moldea metiéndole muchas ganas y siendo disciplinada.

11.- Todos en el gym tienen amantes.

3 – 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 pound (450g) green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoon (olive oil )
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon knoor chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder or 1/4 minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon + lemon slices, for garnish
1/2 cup (125ml) chicken or vegetable stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, optional
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley

1. To make the lemon garlic chicken thighs recipe with green beans: In a small bowl, combine onion powder or minced onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs generously with the spice mixture. Set aside while you prepare green beans.

2. Arrange green beans in a pan add 1/2 - 1 Cup water just make sure it covers all the green beans , cover . Cook 8-10 minutes, until soft.

3. Add 2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in one layer in the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, until cooked through a. If chicken browns too quickly, lower the heat. Adjust timing depending on the thickness. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped parsley, garlic, hot sauce, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until cooked to your liking. Add lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened.

5. Add cooked chicken thighs back to the pan and reheat quickly. Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve the lemon garlic chicken thighs immediately, garnished with more crushed chili pepper, fresh parsley, and a slice of lemon if you like. Enjoy!

HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP 🍤
So delicious😋

- 1 pound of large raw shrimp 🍤(16-20 count) peeled and devained ( This time I used 21-25 count , as long as there not to small)
- 1 tablespoon minced freshed garlic
- 2 tablespoon honey
-1 teaspoon of fish sauce
-2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onion

●Step 1 : Make sure shrimp are fully thawed and well drained. ( pat dry if needed )
Keep refrigerated while making the marinate
●Step 2 :whisk garlic, honey, ginger, soy sauce and fish sauce together.
●Step 3 : Add shrimp and toss with spatula for about 2 min till completely coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 min- 1hr. (No more than that)
●Step 4 : Add oil to a large non stick skillet , and heat over high heat till you begin to see small wisps of smoke. Use tongs to immediately transfer shrimp into the hot skillet in a single layer .
Set excess marinade a side .
●Step5: sear shrimps for 2 min, then flip. Dump in miranade and cook for a about a 1 minute. Turn off heat and flip shrimp once more and let sit for a bout a minute .Garnish with green onions.
