I’m sure you know what happened next 😆 and that thing ended up in the trash. No gifting to somebody who could use it, just in the damn trash!

What’s up Wednesday.
•
Healing journey is legit!!!
•
It’s been close to 3years since 10 seconds changed everything.
•
My body is still healing from that accident.
•
I am fortunate to have found some things that have brought more healing over the last 1.5 years than the first 1.5 years.
•
BPC157 gets a ton of my love. I’m currently in an early morning cycle that includes compression, cryo, red light and sauna.
•
Is it working? Yep!!! Is it great? Not always!!!
•
For 1.5 years I had to manually have my ankle put back in place every 7-10 days.
•
In the last 1.5 years I’ve needed it done about
