Just wrapped the 1-year anniversary party for SESH Pilates Studio 🎉

Nothing energizes me more than health, wellness, and connecting with my community. Oh, and mushrooms, of course. 🍄

Glad I got to be the fungi at today’s event.

Big congratulations to SESH and all the beautiful people who show up every day to help others reach their goals, feel better, and improve their lives.

Here’s to one year down and many more to come. 🥂

Ceremonial grade matcha meets lion’s mane and it might be the best matcha we’ve ever had. ✨🍵

Two ingredients. No sugar. Just clean, high-quality matcha from Japan infused with organic lion’s mane mushroom for cognitive function, memory, and nerve support.

This is what “functional” actually looks like.

☕ Magic Matcha, try it for yourself
