Mommy & Me Postpartum Pilates now has a new home⦠and a new name too! Itās moving to my studio, Breathe Fitness, and returning to its roots as ⨠REBUILD āØ
Donāt worry, you can still bring your (non-mobile) babies and thereās still plenty of postpartum pilates happening but let me back up for a second, because this moment means more than a location change.
Nine years ago, after I had my daughter, my body felt wildly unfamiliar and unstable. I was caught in the gap between being medically cleared for pre-pregnancy activities and knowing, deep down, I wasnāt actually ready for them.
To make things harder, every postpartum fitness class and article I found was focused on ābouncing backā instead of actually building back.
So I made my own class, and teamed up with Natureās Whisper to offer it as a drop-in at their studio.
It was about carving out space for moms to come back to their bodies and discover a different kind of strength⦠the kind that helps you keep up with your kids, and start feeling like you again.

šŖ Exercises focused on pelvic stability + functional strength
š” Practical ways to bring it all back into real, everyday mom-life
When Natureās Whisper closed, the class found a new home as a full in-person series at my own studio. It was lovely⦠but limited by space, and by the reality of how hard it is for moms to get out of the house on a schedule.
So I spent a year teaching myself how to build an online course. I recorded videos and guided meditations, wrote lessons, built worksheets, and turned it into a live online series. Last year, to make it even more accessible, I reworked it into its current form: an on-demand 5-week series with the same 1:1 support the live version offered. š
And now? Iām bringing it back to where it all started⦠in person, building community, bridging the gap together, so you feel at home in your own body and strong enough for whatever lights you up š«¶
