Monday belongs to the Moon—the luminary that guides our inner mental/emotional tides, our instincts, and the parts of us that register before we even have words. It’s a fitting night to gather and listen to what the body already knows and has been asking our mind to slow down and listen to.

Here, we let the body lead. Astrology is just a tool for deeper illumination, not an explanation to fit ourselves into.

✨ Our simple flow for the evening:

Settle & Notice — A light look at what the Moon is doing that night, followed by a gentle body scan to notice what’s present—tension, ease, quiet, whatever is actually there.

Body Mapping — Using colored pencils and paper, you’ll translate what you’re noticing onto a hand-drawn outline of the body. Color and shape become a language for what you’re sensing. No art experience needed, and nothing to get right.

Attunement — We’ll close by sharing what came up (always optional) and a group energetic attunement through vocal toning.

Because the Moon moves through a different zodiac sign roughly every two and a half days, no two sessions land the same way. It’s just an invitation to notice what’s true this month, in your body, under the current sky.

All bodies and levels of experience are welcome. Materials provided.

How do you want to carry all that you learned from the Summer season into Autumn?

We are winding down towards the last few days of Virgo Season. This is a great time to create space to reflect. What did the heat and light of summer bring to your consciousness? Now, as the light prepares for equilibrium, how can you honor this liminal space? The subtle or drastic seasonal shifts ask for reconnecting with the body. What is ready to meet it’s ending, so new life can be breathed into when the timing arrives? Now we honor the felt sense of what is ready to shed and be let go of as we determine what no longer serves the vessel of how we are molding each day.

How can you let any fears be reframed into a new perspective?

On Venus’s Day we are invited into the senses. The moon is journeying through the last decan of Sagittarius. Through conscious awareness of where there has been movement without play, we are reminded that even one who carries the boulder up the mountain is supported in mysterious ways. This isn’t a time to abandon the goal, but to remember what you’re actually committed to carrying out. Chiron reminds us that sometimes the endless unspoken agony is the fuel to choose a new way forward.

What is desiring to shift in your life and where can you open up to observation to hear the clear call of the next best step? Remembering one step at a time gets you further than trying to run the marathon of your life in one day.
