New addition to our clinic: NecksLevel

We’re excited to bring objective neck strength testing and training to our patients with neck pain, whiplash, hypermobility, EDS, and craniocervical instability (CCI).

Learning shockwave therapy from some of the best in the field at the RAMOS Conference in Japan 🇯🇵

Grateful for the opportunity to learn from Rowan Paul and Adam Tenforde (not pictured), who shared their expertise with such depth, clarity, and patience.

Shockwave therapy is an exciting, evidence-based tool that I’m looking forward to integrating further into my practice—especially for chronic pain, tendon injuries, and orthopedic conditions.

Meet our Pilates instructor Kittie focused in EDS!
Kittie Krivacic is a San Francisco based pilates and dance instructor and received her pilates training through Balanced Body at EHS under Brigitte Brunner and Monique Convertito. She began her pilates education after many years of struggling with chronic pain resulting in a hypermobile EDS diagnosis. Kittie found that strength training was one of the best antidotes to living with a bendy body.

Kittie’s work is centered around helping patients feel strong and grounded in their bodies. Her emphasis is on functional movement and proper alignment. Kittie is always expanding her knowledge and skill set and recently attended a course by Heather Purdin, CMPT on treatment approaches to Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders and Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes.
