Champions League Final day. ⚽🏆

The beauty of soccer isn’t just the trophies, the goals, or the packed stadiums.

It’s the people you meet along the way.

Some of my closest friendships started with a simple question:
“Need one more player?”

At Mechi, we’ve seen complete strangers become teammates, teammates become friends, and friends become a community that shows up for each other on and off the field.

Whether you’re celebrating a Champions League title today, recovering from a tough week, looking for a new hobby, or simply trying to stay active, there’s a place for you on the pitch.

The next pickup game could be more than just a game.
It could be your next friendship.
It could be your next business connection.
It could be exactly the community you’ve been looking for.

Soccer has always been bigger than soccer.

Join us on the field.

There’s something that happens when you find your people.
People with goals, interests, lifestyles, similar to your own.
You stop going through the motions and start actually living, not just for yourselves but also for those around you.
That’s what Sunday mornings at with the Mechi team does to you.
It starts with a soccer game. But it becomes the part of your week you protect. The group that’s always ready to show up. The faces you know by name. The reminder that you’re not out here doing this alone. The reminder of the amazing community around you, supporting you every step of the way.
Because when you’re surrounded by people who show up — you show up too. It strengthens you knowing that others are counting on you.
That’s the difference between exercising and actually living an active life.
Every Sunday. Hillsdale High School. 8:30am.

“Find your people. Find your movement.
And watch how everything changes.”

I ran the MyHeartCounts 5K at Stanford this weekend with friends, colleagues, and the Mechi crew ⚽️🏃🏾‍♂️

People always ask why I do runs like this when soccer is my main sport. Truth is, I want to keep playing at a high level for as long as possible. Running, movement, and cardiovascular fitness all translate directly onto the pitch — better endurance, sharper recovery, and more energy late in games.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized movement isn’t just about fitness anymore. It’s about longevity, mental health, community, and being able to keep doing the sports we love.

That’s a big part of why we’re building Mechi — helping people stay active through connection and community.

See y’all on the pitch 👊🏾⚽️

⚽️ Bay Area Soccer Lovers — This one’s for you.

What if the sport you love could help you stay healthier, build real friendships, and live longer?

At Mechi, we believe the most powerful form of preventative medicine isn’t found in a prescription — it’s found in movement, play, and community.

That’s why we created the Footyphit Soccer Community — a soccer community designed for people who want to stay active, connect with others, and play the beautiful game consistently.

Here’s what you can expect:
⚽️ Guaranteed fields
⚽️ Organized sessions with a dedicated host
⚽️ Warm-up, conditioning & drills
⚽️ Small-sided games
⚽️ Equipment provided
⚽️ After-work & weekend sessions

Whether you played competitively or just love kicking the ball around, this is about staying active, building friendships, and living well.

📱 This community exists exclusively inside the Mechi app.
To join our games and connect with the community, check out Mechi — Link in Bio.

Because staying healthy should feel less like a workout… and more like playing the game you love.
