Breastfeeding is truly a labor of love!

Most people don't acknowledge nearly enough the sheer amount of time and energy that goes into feeding a baby.

When you add up all those early morning feeds, middle-of-the-night wakeups, cluster feeding sessions, and moments spent nursing, it's pretty incredible how much time breastfeeding mothers spend nurturing their babies.

In fact, some estimates suggest that breastfeeding for one year can add up to more than 1,800 hours. That's comparable to working a full-time job!

And that's just the time spent nursing. It doesn't account for pumping, washing bottles and pump parts, navigating feeding challenges, or all the mental and emotional energy that goes into feeding your baby.

Just because breastfeeding is natural doesn't mean it’s always going to be easy. There might be days when you truly feel like you’ve got another job. And just because it's a labor of love doesn't mean you have to do all that labor alone.
