A lot of you may have noticed the trend with yoga teachers turning to strength training โ€“ that is because with all of the stretching, weโ€™ve realized we also need to be very strong! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™m not the exception โ€“ after a few injuries I am focused on getting strong than stretching! I still am absolutely in love with yoga and Iโ€™m so grateful for this. I love my teacher, I love my community, and I love love love love teaching.

The retreat center/resort exceeded my expectations in every possible way - the rooms were gorgeous, the beach was heavenly and private, the yoga studio was incredibly beautiful, the food was delicious and the hosts and staff were absolutely top notch.

Itโ€™s a family run business and they welcome guests as if they are family. I was told on several occasions that Iโ€™m family now. I know itโ€™s what they say to EVERY single person at their table, but it meant the world to me. Family is stability and protection and acceptance and love and it was healing to me to feel that.
