We read reviews before buying a candle. We compare ratings, scroll through photos, check what other people thought.
And then we make real decisions about work, relationships, and where to live without asking the one source that actually knows.
Your body already knows the answer. Not through reviews or ratings, but through feelings: a little more space or a little more tightness, lightness or heaviness, a quiet yes or a quiet no.
Next time you are stuck between two choices, try this. Stop scrolling. Close your eyes for three seconds. Ask yourself: what am I actually feeling about this choice? Then notice what your body says before your mind starts arguing.
That is the whole shift. Less thinking, more feeling.
This is exactly what we practice in WholeBing: short somatic exercises with audio guidance, free to try, link in bio.
Save this for the next time you are torn, and send it to the friend who has seventeen tabs open before every decision.
