Reiki is an energy healing method that is done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself on a very deep level. Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body by the hands of the practitioner, and this balances and heals the energy in the body. The client is

fully clothed and lays down or sits in a comfortable chair during the session. Feel free to call for any questions or to schedule an appointment.

I'm going to be having a weekly bedtime yoga meditation hour every week starting tonight at 8:00 pm. I am not sure at the moment what day of the week it will held on but will keep it the same day every week as much as possible. May change the time to 7 or 7:30 also. Would love to have you come join me in some relaxing and gentle yoga poses and meditation to follow to get you ready for bed and a restful night sleep :-) Also still doing Reiki sessions.
