If your knee hurts, keep exercising, says expert

Oh man, I wish I would have listened to my mama about being nice to my knees. They are completely trashed now.

But we push through, right? Right?!

Snowflakes, be as gentle on your body as you can. You’ll regret it sooner rather than later if you don’t.

Middle-aged and elderly people taking up exercise shouldn't be put off by joint pain. It will pass.
