A huge thank you to Jane McLeod and Rita Jury of Capstone Leadership Solutions, Inc. for teaching RLMC’s leaders about positive change during a two-day leadership summit.
Another thank you to Ballan's iSpace for a great venue!
Please forgive me if this is not the place for this discussion. However, I am in desperate need of advice, coaching, guidance in being a leader in the time of racial divide. How do you balance being true to your own beliefs and fearful of being complicit if you are silent and the awareness that you lead people of all beliefs and it is not your place to judge or proseletyze? I am hungry for a conversation.

Yesterday was an amazing experience. Our 24th Leadership Development Institute (LDI) was led by Jane at Capstone Leadership Solutions, Inc. She presented our Patient Experience Director Heather Schragg with the 2018 Capstone Award of Courage! Quarterly LDIs are investments in our leaders. We gather to connect, learn and have fun. We leave with the knowledge, tools and commitment to implement the positive changes we learned from Jane.
August is National ASC Month...thanks to Capstone Leadership Solutions, Inc. for helping us invest in the development of our leaders, our patient experience, & our employee experience!
