Some amazing moments from our Rise of the Untamed Woman retreat .

From conscious conversations with Michelle to finding our divine feminine with Des.

Some of us started as acquaintances or strangers and left as lifelong sisters.

I’ll have to post some of the videos with sound on In My stories soon. They’re too cute.

I am blown away at the support everyone had for one another and the growth in just one week.

We are definitely stronger together 💕

Last October brought several private parties to the desert, some for corporate bonding, some to celebrate birthdays, bachelorettes and friendship.

Some travelers arrived solo or with a friend open to exploring both their inner and outer world.

Last October I got to lead an amazing custom retreat for some feisty and amazing women in Sedona and to top off a great month, my mom visited and two of my close friends got married.

I love pictures and videos to look back at a glimpse of all the sunrises shared, sunsets admired, mountains climbed, laughs had, bonds formed, memories made 💕

There’s a new moon on 10/10 a powerful time to set intentions.
There’s a full moon on 10/25, a beautiful time to let go.
(I host a sunset yoga this evening and can’t wait to share this experience with those that can make it!)

One year I thought the full moon rising over the four peaks mountain was the mountain on fire. It was so orange and vivid. 🔥 🌕

Many Saturdays are getting booked up for private events in October and November, but if you’re looking to create a memorable event here in the Sonoran desert, we look forward to helping make that happen!

Time to enjoy the season of the witch! 🧙

Oh yes! PS: we are accepting names for our Sedona retreat in February 2027. Details to be announced soon!

I built Heller Good around one simple idea:

That some of the most meaningful moments in life happen when you step outside, move your body, and connect—with yourself, with others, and with nature.

And May really brings that to life.

It’s the season where everything feels a little more open. ☀️
A little more possible.

This month we’re hiking, flowing, breathing, laughing, exploring…
Creating experiences that are simple, but stick with you.

And the retreats… those are where things go deeper. (Check out June and September)

Where you give yourself the time and space that everyday life doesn’t always allow.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to do something for yourself—something different, something real—this is it.
