When it comes to movement, different forms of exercise tend to complement each other. Each brings something different to the table, and together they can create a more well-rounded approach to our overall health and fitness goals.
Thatās EXACTLY why we chose to add Pilates FUSION 45 to our menu alongside Functional Strength Training. These two forms of movement train our bodies in different ways, but they work incredibly well together. šš¼āāļøš§š¼āāļø
šš¼āāļøFunctional Strength Training is what creates the stress our bodies need to build muscle and strong bones.
š§š¼āāļøPilates FUSION 45 zeros in on core strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility - all the things that help us with proper form and technique during our strength training.
And thatās why we donāt encourage choosing just ONE of these forms of exercise throughout your week - we encourage BOTH! One doesnāt replace the other.
And donāt forget about all the other important forms of movement - walking, running, group fitness classes, etc. ALL movement is good movement, and different types of movement serve different purposes.
What is important is finding a combination of movement that works for YOU. Find what helps you move better, feel better, get stronger, and support your overall health and quality of life!š©µ
