Hello friends! I have a couple of spots left for my office in Sedalia, in October.
November will be my last month in Sedalia. Let me know if you want to book either of these or something in November.

It was a busy weekend!
Friday Night I did my first community sound bath in Pilot Grove, collaborating with Tin House. The food was amazing and the people who attended were wonderful! It was a 6 person event and sold out in 48 hours. We will definitely be doing more events!
Then I was up early Saturday morning to attend the Pilot Grove Fall Festival! Both events were so much fun…I love what I do!!! 👣🫶🏻👣

“Growth is our default setting. We’re wired to grow.”
— Whitney Johnson

“He hath made every thing beautiful in his time.”
— Ecclesiastes 3:11

Growth doesn’t always look like pushing forward.

Sometimes growth looks like resting.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down.
Sometimes it’s giving the body and nervous system the gentle support they need.

God created our bodies with an incredible capacity for healing, adapting, and restoring—and sometimes that process simply needs time, rest, and support. 👣
