The Bavarian Alps were more than just a beautiful destination. They were a reminder of why I prioritize my health.

I truly love what I do, but taking care of myself & taking breaks allow me to better care for others.

For me, health has never been about vanity (that’s just a bonus). It’s about freedom. The freedom to travel, hike to breathtaking vistas, explore new places, carry a backpack all day and never be limited by something I have the power to control. So many of us take health for granted until we lose it. Lift your weights, eat your protein, prioritize clean nutrition now.

This was my first time in Europe and my first time vacationing alone. It changed me in a way I can’t adequately describe. Being in the mountains reminded me of God’s provision and peace at a time where I needed it most. 🙌🏼 I’m sharing this here because if my patients keep asking me about my trip we’ll never run on time :)
