Plot twist: it might be you.

Your hand moves more than you think. Come find out how to tell the difference between you and your intuition.

That's the real gift here: you'll learn to trust yourself.

Yes. No. Yes. Wait, no?

If your pendulum has a mind of its own, we need to talk.

In two hours, you'll know what it's doing and how to work with it. No more second-guessing every swing.

Have a pendulum but aren't sure what to do with it?
I'll show you how to hold it, work with it, and recognize its movements without unconsciously directing them.

No guessing your way through it. We'll practice together.
Bring your curiosity. I'll teach you the technique.

You’re great at handling everyone else’s stuff. When’s the last time someone handled yours?

Reiki is incorporated into my Integrated Energy Healing Sessions as we support you as a whole person. For 90 minutes, you’ll rest on the table, immersed in sound and able to go within, while I work with Reiki, chakra and aura balancing, crystals, energetic clearing, and holographic viewing. Afterward, we sit down together and I share the messages and guidance that came through, plus a piece of chocolate.

It’s for those in that stuck place, overwhelmed, anxious, cortisol running high, can’t sleep.... Just show up as you are.

These rocks are telling your story before you even walk through the door. ✨

Before an Integrated Energy Healing Session, I tap into your energy and intuitively select the stones for our work together.

For this session, the red stones stood out...a call for grounding and stability while navigating some heavy life circumstances. Alongside them, support for the heart through loss and mourning, and attention to the body as it heals.

Each selection offers a piece of the story: where you’re carrying the weight, what needs care, and where we’ll begin.

Your session starts before you arrive. 🤍
