Wanna celebrate boundaries and consent with me?

Wanna celebrate my 3rd official cuddle Workshop in my new studio? Come to my Cuddle and Co Regulation Workshop where we will honor that No touch is Ever required!

Have you ever been to a cuddle event previously? Have any questions? Message me at [email protected] or at 412-368-2409.

Never been? Well, let me tell you it's quite the experience. I recommend bringing comfy clean clothes and anything that makes you feel safe. We will work together using language and presence to cocreate safety. It helps to come prepared with your favorite stuffed animal or a water bottle or snacks that make you feel good.

This sober event will last about 3 hours give or take a few minutes and doors will lock at 6:45pm. (Doors open at 6:15pm. Event begins between 6:30 and 6:45pm) That means doors will lock and we will all put away our phones. (so if you think you'll be late let me know)

We will connect at Wujimu Studios in Dormont and this event will cost 40 dollars at the door. If you purchase tickets prior (via Venmo or Eventbrite) I will give you a $10 discount.

There will be a meditation and some exercises before we engage in a Cuddle Social that will last roughly 2 hours.

Please know that No Touch is Required throughout my events.

I'm slowly learning to trust myself and opening up to vulnerability. It's a long journey that I hope you will join me on.

Please note that space is limited in my current location. I will accept the first 12-15 paid tickets. Please let me know if you are unable to make it. I can either give credit or refund you for your ticket if you communicate prior to the event start time.

Growing up I didn't get the sense that something was horribly wrong in a way that would make this a permanent reality. There were horrible moments but we all did the best we could and " moved on " from them.

It wasn't until many years later I questioned my own life and how " normal " some of the decisions I had made were. More importantly I asked why I had made them and questioned my motives.

The realization that I was dysfunctional allowed me to see myself and this also allowed me to see others in my family and be curious about their motivations too.

For the first time in my life I could see it all very clearly, the events, the damage, the outcomes, the brutal reality of it all that survival and denial kept locked away.

Hello! Come celebrate all things Yin with me during the Full Orchid Moon. Also known as the Sturgeion and Rice moon, we will practice mindful eating and meditation, ritual, and yin yoga. We will honor female and nonbinary dieties and learn about them as we practice rest and Qigong and reflection together. All bodies are welcome.

We will be exploring our Yin via the lense of QiGong, Yin yoga, Journaling, and intimacy. We will incorporate creativity and ritual, breath, and movement for about 90 minutes of connection. The entire event will last 2 hours and take place during (or close) to the full moon of every month. We will be setting intentions and discovering dieties in the female and Yin perspective. This will be a cocreated event and will cost $10 at the door.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the event begins. Please know that we will honor one anothers consent throughout the entire event and no touch is required.

We will be laying for some of the time and getting up and down off the floor. Please know all bodies and skill levels are welcome. Movement will be minimal and not required. All activities are at choice.

All skills levels are welcome. There will be modifications offered for every form and all activities are at choice. (No Touch Required. No activity required. Your Presence is enough)

This class will be $10 as an introductory price (as i am still a student of many things) and will offered every month, as close to the full moon as i can get it.
