Food is fuel & should be seen as the BEST healing tool you have access to.
Most of the time we get this backwards, & I’m dyslexic so I love backwards things, but this is something we need to understand - Food FIRST.

No supplement can help fill the gaps of a poor diet.
No pill can take away damage you are doing to your body by eating ultra-processed, “fake” foods.
Food heals & nourishes you from the inside out.

When you eat foods that love you back, you are sending signals to EVERY cell in your body that you are worthy of a healthy, vibrant life - and YOU ARE!

View food as fuel & as a way to heal yourself - one bite at a time.

Some of the “smaller” parts of healing that can make a BIG difference:
•Internal Dialogue: how you think & speak to yourself matters. It’s REALLY easy to identify & wrap our identity around a diagnosis. (I’ve done this). Separating yourself & viewing yourself as healed & healthy can propel you forward in healing. The saying “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.” By Henry Ford beautifully illustrates this. Our thoughts & beliefs matter. (More on this to come).

•Time in nature : getting outside is FREE and HEALING. Feeling the sun on your skin (without sunscreen), having your feet on the ground (in the grass barefoot is best), and breathing fresh air can propel you forward in your healing & overall health. Don’t overcomplicate it, just go outside & breathe 💚

•Laughter : Joy is something we overlook when we are healing. When we are in the trenches of a health struggle, laughter isn’t something we prioritize (which is understandable). But adding laughter as something we purposely do can be extremely healing & healthy. We need to find this beautiful release & experience healing powers that laughter has. It’s also FREE - so let’s get laughing!

We often focus on adding.
Adding a new part to the routine,
Adding a new product,
Adding a new supplement,
Adding a new (fill in the blank).

Don’t overlook the HUGE impact ELIMINATING has on our overall health.
If we work on stopping a harmful habit, it can be MORE impactful than adding something.
Sometimes stopping something is the next best step.

Some examples:
•Stop purchasing the sweet treats so they aren’t in your party.
•Stop drinking soda.
•Stop accepting limiting beliefs (this might require professional assistance)
•Stop allowing “I can’t” or “maybe someday” to be something that you say or believe.

Stopping & eliminating a habit can be EXTREMELY difficult.
It takes time, intention, & focus.

My biggest request is to offer short, mini sessions with clients to discuss one or two health topics they are working on.
Your requests have been heard & I’m pleased to offer MINI SESSIONS.

These sessions are wonderful for someone who is needing support in a few areas of their health journey.
They will be 20-30 minutes long.
You will leave with answered questions & guided direction to make sustainable changes on your wellness path.

This can also be a great option for someone who is needing shorter form meetings but still wanting to make big changes in their life.
