Our hearts are overflowing as we look back on our week at Villa Valentina. 🇮🇹✨

To the incredible women who joined us for the Live to Live Yoga Retreat: thank you. We came together from different paths, but we left as a family. Between our grounding morning breaths and those sunset dinners in Levanto, something truly magic happened. 🧘‍♀️🍷

We hiked the trails of Cinque Terre, shared our stories, laughed until we cried, and nourished our souls with pesto, pasta, and plenty of w**e. 🍝 It wasn't just a retreat; it was a reminder of the power of connection and the beauty of being fully present.

Villa Valentina was more than a stay—it was a home. Thank you for bringing your light, your vulnerability, and your joy. The energy we created together is something I’ll carry with me long after the bags are unpacked. 🤍

Until our next journey together, ciao for now! 🥂✨
