We had so much fun at our Halloween party that we forgot to post the photos! Thank you to everyone who supports our employees and helps with our celebrations!

The first of the month at CSW usually brings plenty of reasons to smile…payday, birthday celebrations, and a catered lunch generously provided by a local group!

We also get to celebrate our Employee of the Month and this month, the honor goes to Barnabas!

Congratulations, Barnabas! We’re proud to have you on the CSW team. Join us in giving him a well-deserved round of applause!

The Community Sheltered Workshop is not a charity. It's an opportunity.
Our people come every day to work. At CSW, we don't focus on disabilities. We talk about diverse abilities, because everybody can do something.
Over the next four weeks leading up to on December 1, we'll share what a day at CSW really looks like and why your partnership matters. Follow along, and take a tour anytime: 515 N. West St., Sikeston. 📞 573-472-0583

At the Community Sheltered Workshop, meaningful work means purpose, friendships, a paycheck, and the pride of a job well done. Your generosity helps create those opportunities for adults with diverse abilities right here in our community.

📅 Mark your calendar… GivingTuesday is December 1, 2026!

As you plan your year-end giving, consider partnering with CSW, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Every gift helps us keep opportunity growing.

Give opportunity. Partner with Purpose.

Have you met Carl and Autumn? They’re two of the hardest workers at the Community Sheltered Workshop!

Carl spends most of his time keeping the Marston Rest Area clean, while Autumn keeps our main building looking great. We appreciate the pride they take in their work and check out their matching new CSW outfits, designed by Autumn herself! Looking sharp and representing CSW with pride.

Put your hands together for Carl and Autumn!
