Siento The people who show up deserve more than a hotline. Siento is a peer support network platform built for the way first responders actually work. Respond. Support.

Sustain.

Twenty-eight years.

One last shift. A cake in the kitchen.

Then Monday comes...and the phone stops ringing.

The crew was the job. The job was the crew.

Nobody hands you a plan for losing both on the same day.

Retirees are some of the most connected people in the fire service...right up until they're not.

Retired folks, what do you wish someone told you before your last shift?

Illinois…we’re on our way.

Ryan Chambers, our Director of Sales, is heading to IPSTA 2026.

If you work behind the headset…or lead the people who do…come say hello.

Where does your peer team actually live?

A group text. A spreadsheet from 2019. A binder in the chief's office. A coordinator's personal phone.

That's not a system.

That's one person holding it together. And when that person is off...so is the team.

Peer coordinators, what's yours running on right now?

We're partnering with RapidSOS.

Anonymous, one-click peer support is coming to RapidSOS Unite and the RapidSOS field responder app.

For dispatchers and field responders, that means reaching a peer from the same screen they already work every call. No names. No hoops.

Announced today, on World Mental Health Day.

The travel schedule for the Siento team in October looks like a MLB playoff team, but we are ready for it! Ryan and Andrew will be covering a lot of ground to showcase the growth of Siento. There are so many exciting announcements coming over the next few weeks. Be sure to find a member of our team to learn why some of the largest 911 centers in the country have chosen Siento to assist with their peer support programs.

Will we see you this month? If not, reach out to schedule your demo and we can have your team up and running before the holidays!

Enter a chance to win some cool prizes by tagging us in your conference photos with a member of our team or Chase!

Forsyth County 911 Center already had something a lot of agencies are still building...

A peer team that shows up for their own.

Now that team is powered by Siento. Our first agency in Georgia.

Their people can reach a peer inside the center or outside of it. And the team finally has one secure and encrypted system to run it all.

Georgia...we're just getting started.

The call ends. The line clears. The next one comes in eleven seconds.

There's no bay to sit in. No windshield time. A headset and a queue.

Dispatch carries it differently because dispatch has nowhere to set it down.

You take the screener. It gives you a number.

Then what?

That's the part nobody answers. The app's job ends at the result. Yours starts there.

A score is not support. A directory is not support.

"He's the one everybody talks to."

Every agency has that person. Usually they didn't ask for it.

They take the call at 0230. They sit in the parking lot after shift. They carry a piece of everybody's worst shift, then go run their own.

Nobody tracks that. Nobody backfills it.

The peer supporter is a first responder too.

You don't fight a working fire with one engine.

You call for mutual aid, because the run card already assumes you'll need help from outside your jurisdiction. Settled doctrine for decades.

Peer support is the one place we still expect a department to handle it alone.
Twenty people. One trained peer supporter. Everybody knows everybody's business.

Mutual aid for people should work the way mutual aid for fires does.

That is the whole idea.
