🌹 How We Got Our Name

Love Stoma Rose was born from something beautiful hiding in something we don’t always talk about.

A stoma is a surgically created opening that allows waste to leave the body when the natural pathway is no longer safe. While a stoma may represent a major change in someone’s life, it can also represent something much deeper: survival, strength, adaptation, and the choice to keep going.

And then there’s the rose. 🌹

A rose has long represented beauty, love, resilience, and strength. Its beauty doesn’t come from being perfect — it comes from growing, blooming, and continuing to thrive through every season.

When you look closely at a stoma, its shape can resemble a little rosebud — a reminder that something new can grow from a chapter you never expected to write.

Stoma + Rose = Connection

That’s where Love Stoma Rose came to life.

A stoma needs care.
A rose needs care.
And both carry a quiet strength that deserves to be seen.

Together, they represent life, courage, resilience, self-worth, and love.

Because your body may have changed, but your worth never did.

I’ll be posting more frequently on this account because we have SO much to be excited about! We can’t believe everything Love Stoma Rose has already accomplished in just ONE year! 🥹❤️

We officially have a website! 🎉

We’re continuing to create open conversations, break the stigma around all things p**p, build community, and most importantly—remind people that they’re never alone in their journey. 🫶

And… we’re hosting our FIRST official Love Stoma Rose event this October! 🌹🎉

We are just getting started, and we cannot wait to see where this community goes.
