It was time for Kiki’s yearly color/cut 🤪😉😂
We did a dark Demi permanent color to cover the old highlights. I didn’t want a completely flat color so we keeps a little pop through out some of the older highlights! This will fade beautifully through let the summer as well, very low maintenance!
Yesterday was truly one of the most rewarding days of my career! I had the honor of being invited to The Davis Center at Marshall Highschool (it’s a program for adults with intellectual disability from ages 18-22 to help teach life and career skills) we spoke about consultations when going to get a hair service, proper ways to wash and style your hair, we played with some hot tools and some even got their hair styled for their spring dance! They left with hair masks, shave cream and fun products and I left with a tray of freshly made cookies a stack of thank you cards I will cherish forever and a FULL HEART.
“It’s not how smart you are, it’s how you’re smart” is one of my favorite sayings and today was a testament to that.
The the brains and skills each one of this guys has amazed me. So kind, so genuine, so unique.
