Our client and friend recently has been diagnosed with brain cancer. He had his first operation to remove a tumor the size of a tennis ball from his brain and now will be doing radiation and chemotherapy to rid the rest of it.

Coach Amad went to see him and found him in great spirits. He credits training and the persistence of his coach, Amad, for helping him get to a point where he can fight and overcome this enemy because he has a stronger body to withstand the rigors of the battle against cancer. We stood by him before this and will continue stand by him. He would like to remind us of the importance of being in shape and asked for us to post about his journey and the significance exercise has played in his life but wanted to stay anonymous.

Fitness goes beyond the vanity sake but helps you build a stronger body and mind to withstand what life throws at you. Remember that life is a series of battles, small and large and the way to win and overcome them in a graceful and confident way is to build a strong body, mind and spirit.

So in essence, get on your path to a stronger self, contact us or someone else who can help you to your path.
