Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Take vital signs and prepare exam rooms
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Medical Receptionist preferred
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required (if applicable)
