Sara and Tim are co-owners and operators of Inspire Wellness NEW in Suamico. As a registered nurse and integrative practitioner, Sara is passionate about helping others uncover root causes of dysfunction that can lead to "dis-ease" of the body, mind, and spirit. Through a holistic approach, she combines personalized health coaching, advanced lab testing, and integrative detoxification therapies to reduce inflammation and support the body’s natural healing process. She has a background in exercise science and is certified in health restoration coaching, functional nutrition, and emergency nursing. Sara has over 10 years of experience in a local emergency department and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at a Green Bay health sciences college. Her dedication combined with your motivation will empower you to reach your health & wellness goals! As a licensed massage therapist, Tim works with individuals who are looking for more than just a moment of relaxation - people who want to move better, feel better, and better understand what their body needs. Whether dealing with tension from daily stress, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking to maintain overall wellness, his goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care. Outside of their professional lives, Sara and Tim are the proud parents to three beautiful daughters.
