💕 Meet Tay | Clinical Administrator 💕

The one usually behind the screen creating our posts and introducing everyone else is finally stepping into the spotlight! ✨

Meet Tay, our clinical Administrator here at Tors Medical Clinic!

Tay wears quite a few hats around the clinic! From managing daily operations and coordinating patient care to handling our social media and keeping things organized behind the scenes, she helps make sure everything runs smoothly.

Outside of the clinic, Tay's favorite title will always be Mom! 💗 Her daughter is her whole world and her favorite little sidekick. Whether they're shopping, enjoying a lunch date, or simply spending a relaxing day together, she's happiest making memories with her girl.

🐾 Fun Fact: Tay is a huge animal lover! Whether they're furry, feathered, or a little misunderstood, she has a soft spot for them all. If she could give every animal a loving home, she'd probably try! 😂

With a caring heart, a creative side, and a passion for helping others, Tay loves being part of the Tors Medical Clinic family!

Jamie Klumpp | APRN Your provider

A little about the heart behind your provider at Tors Medical Clinic. 🤍
Today would have been Jamie’s grandfather’s 103rd birthday. Born October 23, 1923, he lost his father at just two years old. Growing up during the Great Depression, he attended school whenever circumstances allowed. At just 12 years old, he had to leave school to work full time, helping provide for his mother and younger sister. During the spring season, he would work all day in the field picking strawberries for 5 cents.
At 18, he enlisted in the military and served overseas during World War II, where he trained as a mechanic. After the war, he spent the rest of his working life using those skills to provide for his family.
Growing up, Jamie had little in the way of material possessions, but she had the unconditional love of a grandfather who raised her. He was a man of strong moral values who taught by example, giving her lessons no classroom could offer: work hard, keep your word, show compassion, and care for others.
Those lessons shaped the way she has raised her two children and continue to guide the care she gives her patients every day.
He worked so his family would have enough to live on, and he loved in a way that gave them something to live by.
Jamie’s patients may never have known him, but they experience something of him in her care. He never got to see how far his love and example would reach—how the lessons he passed down through a lifetime of hardship would become a source of comfort and compassion for people he would never meet.
His framed portrait holds a place of honor in her office, a daily reminder of the man who helped shape her heart. Every time she cares for someone, she carries him with her—a man whose life demanded so much, whose love never came with conditions, and whose goodness continues to reach others through the granddaughter he raised. 🤍

💕 Meet Emmy | Medical Assistant 💕

First up in our team introductions is our sweet Emmy! ✨

As a Medical Assistant at Tors Medical Clinic, Emmy plays an important role in helping our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout their visits. From assisting with patient care to helping keep the clinic running smoothly, she's an important part of our team!

Outside of the clinic, Emmy loves traveling, getting lost in a good book, listening to music, and spending time with her adorable fur baby! 🐾

🎶 Fun fact: Emmy spent nine years in band and can play THREE different instruments!

And if you really want to know the way to her heart? Gummy worms, a 7 Brew coffee, and all things Halloween! 🎃☕
