On May 10, 2018 I (Victor) suffered a massive stroke due to a heart defect I had in my heart for 58 years which was undetected. A blood clot went through the hole in my heart to my brain and I could not move or speak. I am grateful for two parents in the medical profession who taught us to eat right and exercise. My doctors said I am still on the earth due to good health. We can all do this, it is never too late.

Team, The 3 of, me😆, myself and I, us ran 50 minutes on the Liberty and Rynerson Park Trails. Great to see the Solofanua. The Heartland in Lakewood. Great Pickleball players, much quieter than the ones who come early.

Team I am in Philadelphia for my Daughter's wedding. I ran for about an hour and saw Independence Hall.

I ran for 30 minutes from Somerset Park down Walnut to Bixby to Atlantic and back. It was starting to get hot when I returned to the park.

I saw one of my favorite restaurants on my Lakewood Mall run. They are the kindest people. I had a situation a while ago with Door dash and they were very supportive and even gave me some free food. Visit them
