Roasted beets= root chakra fuel! Roasted beets are one of my fav foods ever! Slice them over some whipped goat cheese with honey and I’m golden! They are so easy to make too, wrap each one in some aluminum foil and bake at 450 for about an hour or until tender, let cool and the skin peeks right off! Beets help me ground during an air sign month! We are in full Gemini mode which I thrive in because I am a Gemini but sometimes I need to be pulled back down to earth! So I always try and each some during air sign seasons!!

I’m slacking this year with the birthday countdown!! It’s been a crazy few weeks at the Rice house! Adopted a new dog, Emma got her wisdom teeth out and the end of school festivities! I’m back in the game! And there are only 6 more days!!!! 😃😃😃😃🥳🥳🥳🥳💫💫💫💫💓💓💓💓

We are on day 4 today and on day 3 it was Nala’s day of asking the question many times “can I or can’t I do this here?” 🤣 full on toddler stage, can never leave your sight and a lot of NOs. She learns quick and responds quick thank goodness! It’s been a while since we’ve had a toddler in the house. Now we rate her day starting with 5 gold stars in the morning ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and by dinner time we discuss how many stars she has left for the day 🤣 she’s comical and sweet. We are still working on co habituating with her brother and sister felines. 🤞🏼 any tips or tricks for getting a canine used to a feline and not wanting to play coming in at 40mph every time?
