This past weekend, I had the pleasure of leading this amazing group of humans through our Yin to Fall Inward Master Class 🍁☺️

A Fall scent diffused throughout the studio as class began by celebrating what we accomplished during this past Summer season, followed by poses specifically designed to slow us down, to release and turn inward. These poses led us closer to the earth, grounding down to where the leaves will remain once they fall, preparing our mind, body and breath as we manifest our way through the change of seasons.

Thank you to everyone who attended. It was an absolute honor to lead you through your practice.

🍁This Saturday! Master Class: Yin to Fall Inward on September 26, 2026 3:00-5:00PM🍁

Fall is a time where our Yang lives meet our Yin lives.

As we transition from Summer to Fall, the weather becomes cooler, the days become darker, and we begin to draw energy inward. This lends us time to pause, reflect, and gain perspective on our summer growth before moving into a quieter time of season.

It’s also a great time to celebrate that growth and prepare us to focus on our roots, feel gratitude towards the gains seized in the summer sun as we honor the beautiful, fading colors of the Fall leaves.

This Master Class will focus on preparing our minds, bodies and breath for change, stillness and gazing inside ourselves to find our way through the change of seasons ☺️

2 hours of Yin. 2 hours of diffusing Fall scented essential oils.

This class is FREE to Monthly Unlimited members, all other clients $30.
