Who is behind Pidgeon Wellness?
Hi! I’m Jen Pidgeon, and I’ve been practicing massage therapy for 17 years, since becoming licensed in 2009.
I’m also a mom to two young children, which is why I keep my evening availability limited. As a massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients get to the root of their pain and tension. My approach blends therapeutic massage with relaxation because I believe the nervous system deserves a reset—we all do!
I fell in love with Seminole Heights in 2009 and purchased my first home here in 2010. In 2013, I moved my massage practice into the neighborhood, and I’ve been here ever since, with the exception of some time away during the pandemic and my second maternity leave.
From 2013–2016, I had a small office at Florida and Powhatan. In January 2017, I purchased Jai Dee Yoga Studio and moved my massage practice there. The pandemic forced us to close in 2020, and I eventually sold the studio. In 2023, I returned to Jai Dee as the massage manager.
When I learned that the yoga studio would be permanently closing at the end of January this year, I quickly began searching for the next home for my massage practice. I was thrilled when I found the little blue bungalow at Central and Hanna available to rent.
Our new location is the perfect place to continue being part of this wonderful community. I am incredibly grateful to each and every person who has walked through our doors and supported my business as it has grown over the past six months.
Thank you for allowing me to continue doing what I love in a community that has given me so much. I’m excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing to support this neighborhood in the same way it has supported me over the years.
