Here's a stat that surprised me 📊

If you post on LinkedIn just once a week, you're already in the top 10% of users.

Bernard Ablola shared this at the AI for Business Summit, and it made me rethink how much untapped opportunity is sitting right in front of most business owners.

He posted 2,200 times last year. Not because he's glued to his phone. Because he built a 20-minute-a-week system:

✅ Capture ideas throughout the week (voice notes, screenshots)
✅ Block a few hours once a week to create
✅ Schedule everything and let it run

He has content scheduled out a year in advance. The system posts while he walks the dog.

If you're in health, wellness, or chiropractic and your marketing sounds like a medical textbook, this might be worth reading.

At the AI for Business Summit, one session walked through using AI to interview yourself about your expertise. The AI asks questions like a copywriter would. Then it builds a voice guide you can use for all your content going forward.

For wellness pros, this matters because your clients aren't searching for "holistic integrative therapeutic modalities." They're typing "why am I still exhausted" into Google at 11 PM.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲? 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁❜𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿.

I tested this with a wellness client. Rewrote their site copy using patient language instead of textbook language. Consultation bookings doubled. Same services. Different words.

Brian Hanson spent $47,000 testing 156 AI tools in 18 months.

His daily stack now? Three. Maybe four.

That number has been stuck in my head since the last AI for Business Summit, because it confirms what I keep seeing with my own clients.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀𝗻❜𝘁 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀. 𝗜𝘁❜𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.

His framework is simple: What's the one hurdle in front of you right now? Find the AI tool that solves THAT before chasing the next shiny thing.

For most service businesses, it boils down to three categories:

✅ Communicating with leads and clients
✅ Content that builds your authority
✅ Automating repetitive admin tasks

Three buckets. One tool per bucket. Done.

I took this approach with my own workflow and dropped four subscriptions. Saved $157/month. Got more done because I stopped bouncing between platforms.

Tomorrow morning, the AI for Business Summit starts.

While you're reading this, business owners are preparing to learn implementations that'll save them 15+ hours per week.

I went to this last year. The tool clarity alone was worth it. But the real value? Seeing how other service-based business owners use AI practically.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁:

❌ Hype about AI replacing your job
❌ Complicated technical stuff
❌ Theory that doesn't work in practice
❌ An annoying pitch fest that wastes your time

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁:

✅ Specific tools for specific jobs
✅ Audience research using real customer language
✅ Competitive intelligence that works
✅ LinkedIn strategies that actually get engagement
✅ Real implementation examples

The presenters share what they're actually using. Not theory. What they've tested and proven works.

I've used these frameworks time and again because they work.

𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁.

Last call.

Service-based business owners: What's the ONE thing you're hoping to learn from an AI training like this? What's your biggest bottleneck right now?

AI isn't replacing good writers.

It's making mediocre writers irrelevant.

From the AI for Business Summit notes (starts Wednesday, March 4):

𝗔𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

You bring the expertise, strategy, and voice. AI handles first draft speed, structure options, and format variations.

But here's the gap most people miss:

𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀.

If you don't know what good copy looks like, AI can't fix that.

If you can't edit for clarity and brand voice, AI won't do it for you.

If you don't understand your audience deeply, AI will give you generic content that sounds like everyone else.

The businesses winning with AI? They're using it as an accelerator, not a replacement.

They know their message. They understand their market. They have clear brand voice. They use AI to execute faster, not think for them.

The gap is widening between business owners who "get" AI and those who don't.

Two days until the summit. Last chance to learn from people implementing this successfully.

Most businesses compete on gut instinct.

The ones pulling ahead compete on intelligence.

From my past AI for Business Summit notes (next summit starts Wednesday, March 4):

A session on competitive research covered tools that give you market intelligence without guesswork:

𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗼 — shows where your ideal clients hang out online, what accounts they follow, what content they engage with, and what they search for.

𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 — pulls the real questions people are typing into Google, YouTube, Bing, and Amazon about your services. Similar to Answer the Public but with more depth.

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 — free. Notifies you whenever your brand, competitors, or key industry terms get mentioned online.

𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲 — this one surprised me. It's an AI crowd simulation tool. You can test headlines and messaging with a simulated audience before spending a dollar on ads. Instead of running A/B tests blind, you get directional feedback first.

Competitive research doesn't have to be expensive or complicated. It just has to be intentional.

You can spend weeks guessing what your market wants, or you can spend a few hours pulling actual data. Then build your messaging around that intelligence.

That's the difference between guessing and knowing.

Free summit. Virtual. March 4-6. Replays available.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁? 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘁?

Your competitors aren't reading your marketing.

Your customers are.

𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝘀?

From my previous AI for Business Summit notes (summit returns March 4-6):

Go read your audience's 3-4 star reviews on Amazon. Scrape Reddit comments. Feed it into AI and ask it to identify the exact words, emotions, and pain points your market uses.

Then use those words in your emails, ads, and posts.

Not consultant jargon. Not manufactured marketing speak. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The presenter covered tools like 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗼 for audience research and 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 for search patterns. Combined with AI, you can build messaging that resonates because it mirrors real conversations.

I tested this on email campaigns after last year's summit. Open rates up 23%. Click-through rates doubled. Same offer. Different language.

The engagement difference is immediate.

I went through my AI for Business Summit notes this morning.

Here's what jumped out:

I documented 40+ AI tools across three days of training.

I actually use 3 in my business. Maybe 4 on a heavy content week.

The summit is back March 4-6, and this pattern keeps proving true: 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀.

Brian Hanson's framework that's worked since last year:

✅ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 for research
✅ 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 for writing content
✅ 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 for images and ads

Three tools covering research, content, and visuals. And here's what makes this even better: instead of paying for three separate subscriptions, 𝗔𝗜𝟰𝗕 𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 (𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗜, 𝗖𝗥𝗠, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲) 𝗳𝗼𝗿 $𝟵𝟳/𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. One login. One subscription. No tool-hopping chaos.

If you want clarity on what actually works for service-based businesses (not what's trending), this summit delivers.

Free. Virtual. March 4-6. Replays available.

𝗠𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗮 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆?

Something from my AI4B notes that changed how I work with AI every single day:

One of the presenters, Devin (an AI prompt engineer who built custom prompts for ClickUp), said to practice prompt engineering daily. His suggestion was simple. Every morning, write down 3 things you want to test AI for in your business that day.

Not 30 things. Three.

He also explained the basics in a way that finally clicked for me. Providers are the companies (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic). Models are the versions. And your prompt is just instructions, same as telling an employee what you need done.

The shift from “I’ll figure out AI someday” to “I’ll test 3 things today” is the difference between people who talk about AI and people who actually save time and make more money with it. 🙌

The Summit is live through tomorrow. These kinds of practical frameworks are what make it worth attending. (And there’s no shortage of them throughout the workshop.)

Can’t attend live? No problem. Replays are available.
