I am a faith-based holistic wellness RN helping people improve their health naturally with more energy, better focus, and overall wellness.

I also share flexible work-from-home business opportunities that can create extra income and greater freedom. When we have our accountability calls with the people we are coaching on the Isagenix products and they give us their day three results....well, it is like Christmas. Long before you feel a sore throat, a sniffle, or any sign that something is off, your immune system is already at work.

Your immune system has two major defenses: innate immunity and adaptive immunity.
