A Haunted House *Teacher’s Edition* lol

Do you like horror? 🫣 When a scary movie sets your hairs on end and an icy chill runs through you because you don’t know what’s going to happen next?? Not much like it.

Maybe that’s helped me on the fly and adapt in the moment, growing up watching the movies and feeling drawn towards those intense feelings. Stress? Or excitement? Who knows! You learn a lot about yourself when faced with those quick and uncontrollable sensations.

Thank you to each and every student who shows up and presents me with these opportunities to grow and learn my calm in the chaos 💕👻

As September ends and routines or habits change, let’s continue to find ourselves through our practice. We may notice the routines from last season no longer work with where we are now; or maybe feel that we’ve changed slowly, behind the scenes, and we’re not entirely sure how or why our habits don’t provide as much as they used to.

You are still you.

Unique, with your preferences and tastes, voice and expression, ideas, drive and ambition. Through the transitions, changes, growth, setbacks, life moments, you can feel like you or you might feel lost. Maybe somewhere in-between. Wherever you are, let’s find ourselves again on the mat. Explore your latest edition and fall in love with yourself all over again 🍁

Looking to relax in a little spice? 🔥

Join me on Monday nights at 8pm for an infrared heated restorative class Core_Movement_Studios and experience connecting to breath and body slowly and intentionally.

Class will be 60 minutes of holding postures for longer, letting go of the muscles and allowing props and gravity to open up the body. You’ll feel held, supported, and guided to surrender in.

I’m honored to hold yoga classes at Liv Empowered, a beautiful holistic wellness office offering therapy, autism testing, yoga and other integrative wellness classes throughout the week. It’s a calming, intentional space designed to help you feel safe, supported, and at ease 💕

🧘‍♀️ 6pm & 8pm — gentle, slow yoga to calm the nervous system

😴 7pm — Yoga Nidra, a guided form of meditation (also called Yogic Sleep 💤)

Come rest, reset, and soften into your week 🤍
