My word for 2024 is DEVOTION.

This came to me in meditation, and it fits so divinely with how I want to show up this year. To me, being devoted to something is more than just showing up. It is the preparation before facilitating, being fully present while facilitating and reflecting with love and accountability post facilitation. 2023 gave me an abundance of opportunities to put myself in spaces I had never been before, and I welcomed them with open arms making sure to observe my presence and potency in each space and always aiming to be at my best.

Almost a full month into 2024 and the word devotion drops into my crown, as it always was as it always will be. I remain so deeply devoted to this work and to you, now more than ever. I am so excited to share with you all what I have been brewing and collaborating on with some incredible souls. am writing this very vulnerable post with a deep sense of appreciation for anyone who takes the time to read it, thank you. This is about my brother Armando or as some of you know as “Q”. My brother is one of the most incredible humans I have ever known, he continues to amaze me with his willingness to continue to show up despite the medical roller coaster he has been on for years. Most of you are not aware of how much pain my brother is in daily, and how even through the pain he still manages to be the best Husband, Father, Son, Brother and leader in the community. He has dedicated his life’s work to helping fellow veterans who have traumatic brain injuries like the one he has. My brother served 2 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and has been exposed to deadly toxins and was in multiple I.E.D blast exposures. To this day he is in constant pain and suffers seizures, he still shows up for everyone. Our family was told by the VA that he has been diagnosed with “Gulf War Syndrome ‘’ which there are currently no treatments for this in the U.S. we have been informed that there was nothing more they can do. Many of my brother’s friends who he has deployed with are experiencing the same symptoms and some unfortunately have passed. My sister in law has been doing everything she can to advocate for him, she was made aware of an alternative stem cell treatment in Mexico that is not available in the U.S. and this procedure has seen amazing results. It is currently the only treatment for Gulf War Syndrome. My brother is a very private person, and has gone many years attempting to deal with this on his own. He has tried everything and I do energy work on him every single time I see him and will continue to do so. My family and I are worried of what will happen if he does not receive this treatment. I started a go fund me to help cover the cost of this treatment, and we are taking every other opportunity to raise the funds for this. When I quit my corporate job back in March to pursue this vision of Hyppie House full time, I remember laying on the floor of my bedroom thinking 2 things at the same time

1. "What did I just do???"
2. "I have never felt more aligned."

I am learning that both of these thoughts can exist so long as I do not attach myself to them and stay in constant observation. Leaving the corporate world was one of the biggest and best decisions I could have made, because you know what it gave me??

SO MUCH SPACE!

Space for myself, space for others, space to breathe, space to create and space to receive fully from Spirit. Everything I do, everything I post, every event I facilitate or co facilitate is crafted and weaved by the hands of the divine, and my trust runs so deep.

You are seeing me post more, and you are seeing me in the community more. I am able to hold space at larger capacity and in a way that is more potent than anything I could have imagined. As we get ready to enter one of my favorite astrological seasons of all time (I was raised by a Leo, of course) I am showing up present, focused and so deeply honored to be a part of this human experience with you all. There have been many times on my journey where I have questioned what the purpose of all of this is. I questioned myself until I could not recognize the person I saw in the mirror, I questioned my dreams, my gifts and even Spirit. I am forever so humbled by the universe and God's will to forgive me in moments where my judgement is clouded. I am reminded time and time again that I am a student of this work, a child of the cosmos, and a vessel for Spirit. I love this life. ⁣
⁣
I have surrendered so much of myself to this work and to this mission. Ironically, there is still MORE surrendering that needs to happen in the midst of doing and being. There are lessons within lessons and breakdowns within breakthroughs. It is both excruciating and exhilarating to exist in this time and space yet life is always so divine... and the timing is impeccable. ⁣
⁣
When we resist surrender, it is often because we are holding on to something that we either wish still existed or wish a different outcome occurred. I see this more times than I can count even in my own life, which is what inspired me to write this... what are we really holding on to? If we were given the opportunity to see how it all works out in the end rather than surrendering all fears and the outcome to the divine would those mountain tops be ours to claim? ⁣
⁣
The truth is that real surrender is precise, and requires a hefty down payment. The universe always knows when you half bet on it, even if you portray otherwise. A half bet is a half result, you can always guarantee that in some way you will come up short. I will rise unafraid, and I will bet on myself every time. I pray you do the same. 🤍

Most people know me as a space holder, hypnotherapist, tarot + energy reader, and even a mama ,but let me be clear - behind all of this is a human, who is growing and learning every day, just like you are. We are simply spiritual beings having this human experience although I am sure we can all agree that this human stuff gets pretty weird at times, am I right?

I have no desire to be portrayed as the perfect human, and I pride myself in being transparent with you when I say all that deep work I do with you is channeled from a real place. Yes, I have felt that same darkness, fear and anxiety that you have felt before so when I tell you that everything in your life happens for you and not to you I say that with experience, grace and humility. What I truly strive to be an example of is someone who is brave, someone who just went for it, fell and got right back up .

What I know for certain is this; I know that the experiences that I am growing through at the current moment would have absolutely broken my spirit 5-6 years ago yet I sit here in such deep gratitude. Gratitude for the journey, the lessons and the hands-on learning straight from source itself. To have been able to welcome myself home, to myself multiple times and multiple versions at that only solidifies what my heart knows to be true... I am right where I need to be, right at this moment.

And you my dear- yes you! You are also right where you need to be. Though it may not be where you want to be, take a deep breath and trust this part of the journey. Whether that is riding the waves of the highs and lows or simply getting to know yourself for the first time, you are right on time. Divine time. The word "Home" is so much more than the walls that surround you, home is inside. Many spend their entire lives searching to find something that is right there, right there within. When you say yes to yourself and finally decide to take that leap what you will find is other souls, just like you...calling themselves home. And what do you call a group of homes?? A community. People that feel like home.

I stayed up all night a few years back and I created this course, and then eagerly enrolled myself into it. Scared, nervous, but so excited. Honoring every single part of the process, observing my surroundings and deepest thoughts, understanding that every encounter and experience led me to shift into who I was meant to be and the courage to fully evolve and embody her.
