How do you even live authentically, what does this mean? I am talking about the choices we make and what we present to the world. Is the version of you that you present to the world is it equal to who you really are on the inside. Your beliefs, feelings, goals and aspirations?

For so many it is not. Who we sometimes present to the world is another version of who we are. Not the most authentic because we may be trying to coddle someone else’s feelings. Or maybe we simply don’t think we can do something so we play down and intentionally we may not try something with all our effort. We can simply live in a way that comes up a little short in terms of our true feelings and aspirations.

I highly recommend that we all take the approach to life that give each of us the benefit of the doubt when it comes to what we can do and accomplish. That set proper boundaries in our life so we don’t feel like we have to compromise who we want to be for a version of us that we think others want to see.

Why do this? Well it is nice to be nice to others but It is paramount to be nice to yourself.
eventually it can be verified draining to present to be this other version of you that you really don’t want to be. For those who may not appreciate who you really are they really don’t matter in the grand scheme of things. What matters is living a life that is reflecting that larger self that is authentic and isn’t compromising who you truly are.

Because who you truly are is exactly who your suppose to be in this world and that is always good. Never second guess the real version of you. Sometimes it can be scary to show this part of us, but it isn’t inappropriate and for those who desire real connections then it is the only path to that.

Be the wonderful version of you that dwells within your spirit and heart. And for all those who can’t interact with that version of you in a good way, they were never meant to so just allow them to go on their merry way. They will trust me.

I am love, I am joy, I am so very good. And so are each one of you.
